As a mid-level AI/ML Developer, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business value for ACT and its clients. You will work across the full ML lifecycle—from data exploration and model training to production deployment and monitoring—collaborating with engineers, account managers, and leadership to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; 3-5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or a closely related engineering role; Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn; Working knowledge of major LLM platforms (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity) and their APIs; Hands-on experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, SQL) and cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
