We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with at least 10 years of management experience in high-end hospitality or luxury hotel projects. The role involves supporting project planning and execution by assisting the Project Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring all activities align with established timelines and quality standards. Candidates must have expertise in construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Proficiency in project management software is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in hospitality projects, material estimation, and blueprint reading. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and flexibility to work weekends if needed are essential.
