Requirements
A university degree in a business related field. Minimum of ten years of recent and relevant insurance experience within the direct Property Insurance industry. Strong comprehension of finance/accounting and general business terms. Established credibility with clients, senior underwriters and overseas executives together with experience interacting with and collaborating with retail brokers and Fortune 1000 clients domiciled in North America or their equivalent internationally. Experience in implementing risk strategies, marketing and servicing global risk management programs within the global Property marketplace. Experience with facultative solutions. Comprehensive understanding of risk and exposure analysis including Catastrophic Modeling, MFL, PML, and Loss Expectancies together with the ability to explain competently in detail to underwriters and clients. Subject matter expert level technical proficiency in understanding policy and contract wording. Ability to work collaboratively or as an individual contributor to lead projects. Strong communication, business, social, analytical, prioritization, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs. Experience with leading and mentoring junior colleagues.Salary
