Our Client Cedar Trace are seeking a Group Financial Planning and Analysis ("FP&A") Senior Manager This role leads the design and execution of Group-wide FP&A processes—including planning, budgeting, forecasting, expense management, capital analysis, and management reporting. It also oversees team leadership, operational improvements, data enablement, and ad hoc strategic analyses.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience: A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline. CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation required. At least 8 years post qualification experience, including recent relevant senior level FP&A experience in the P&C reinsurance industry. Deep working knowledge of US GAAP and the Bermuda regulatory regime. Strong technical accounting capability and demonstrated ability to lead Group level FP&A responsibilities. Demonstrated success in leading process transformation, and operational improvement initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including ownership of MI reporting. Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
