THE OPPORTUNITY Paradise is an exciting, disruptive innovative brand in the telecommunication and connectivity space that is partnered with both public and private sector partners on a mission to transform Bermuda into the silicon valley of the Atlantic. THE TEAM The Team is an entrepreneurial operations team on the ground, that has end to end visibility and access to all other internal teams and accountability for being the strongest advocate for the customer. The team’s mandate is: Customer experience including billing and technical support Sales and Business Development support Field Marketing as well as Event Planning and Management The team helps bridge the gap between product development and users, with the goal of making Paradise products and services more efficient and user-friendly. Your main goal as part of this team will be to empower all users of Paradise products and services to do their jobs faster, easier, and smarter. They gather feedback to share with product teams to influence future product development.

Requirements

3 - 5 years of Sales experience. Highly self-directed and thrives in an ever-changing and growing environment Able to create clarity amid ambiguity Willing and able to run lean with a DIY mentality that inspires others around them to do the same. Aptitude for analyzing data, finding the story within, and using it to drive decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an affinity for simplifying complex workflows and motivating users to engage with new technologies. Communicate well and lead comfortably in large and small group settings. Passionate about leaning into new ideas/technology and driving change management by helping others overcome legacy thinking.
