Requirements
10+ years of experience in fund operations, financial services, asset management, or fintech, exposure to blockchain and digital assets would be preferred. Understanding of tokenized financial instruments, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and on-chain operations (e.g., mint/burn, atomic swaps). Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, and financial institutions. Familiarity with investment portfolios, collateral management, liquidity pools, and evolving market trends. Strong relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills in a remote, fast-paced fintech environment preferred. Comfortable using Google Suite, Slack, and MacOS. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Ability to thrive in a remote work setup while maintaining a high level of productivity and collaboration. Comfort with AI and a proactive approach to leveraging AI-driven solutions in daily operations.Salary
