Sales Floor Manager

Gorham's is looking for a well-established, impeccably organized, and highly professional individual to undertake the demanding role of Sales Floor Manager. The incumbent must have at least five years' experience excelling in a diverse and dynamic retail operation environment. The Sales Floor Manager will be responsible for performing a variety of functions related to driving sales, leading and motivating sales associates, and developing new and creative concepts to showcase products and elevate the customer experience. Additional mandates include but are not limited to: • Oversee daily sales floor operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to succeed in exceptional selling practices • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any escalated issues professionally • Manage merchandise presentation and inventory levels • Support store leadership with scheduling and operational procedures

Requirements

A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in retail or customer service environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team to success Advanced experience in MS Office Excellent leadership skills
