IT/Broadcasting Technician

Join our team as an IT/Broadcasting Technician and work at the intersection of broadcasting and technology in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Support daily live TV and radio broadcasts, events, and digital platforms. * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot broadcasting systems and IT infrastructure. * Administer and manage Microsoft 365, WordPress, Ubiquiti networks, Synology NAS, and mobile apps. * Assist with IT support, server maintenance, networking, and user training. * Recommend and manage a helpdesk/ticketing system, providing regular reports. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in IT, Broadcast Engineering, or equivalent technical certifications. * A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT and broadcasting environments. * Strong knowledge of audio, video, RF, and IT systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 admin, WordPress, and basic network/server admin. * Experience supporting Windows/Mac hardware, networks, and streaming technologies. * Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus. * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. * Flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn new systems.
