Requirements

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail or high-end jewelry industry. Strong knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, metals, and design techniques. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Detail oriented with the ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure. Strong communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs. Knowledge of CRM software and basic sales tracking tools. Relevant certifications from industry recognized institutions would be an asset.
