Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (“BCB”) is recruiting an experienced Application Support Analyst. This role is responsible for banking application software support for business and core banking applications, security alert monitoring, analysis and response. Key Duties and Responsibilities include: administration, support and maintenance of banking applications; oversight of the bank help desk system for application support requests; monitoring, analysing and responding to security event alerts; developing and maintaining application software procedures; installation, testing, upgrading, and implementation of application software updates; monitoring and optimizing application software performance; analyzing growth of application software data files; providing user training on banking applications; recommending enhancements and alternate solutions to stakeholders; assisting with End of day Banking System processes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in application software support, preferably in a financial services or banking environment. Knowledge and experience of security event analysis and response. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology discipline or relevant experience. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a variety of software applications in use at the Bank including website content management, databases, internet banking, core banking, and finance applications.Salary
