Gorham's is looking for a well-established, impeccably organized, and highly professional individual to undertake the demanding role of Sales Floor Manager. The incumbent must have at least five years' experience excelling in a diverse and dynamic retail operation environment. The Sales Floor Manager will be responsible for performing a variety of functions related to driving sales, leading and motivating sales associates, and developing new and creative concepts to showcase products and elevate the customer experience.

Requirements

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in retail or customer service environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team to success. Excellent leadership skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Advanced experience in MS Office Suite.
