In this role you will: • Deliver trade finance product revenue growth against regional and local targets, whilst ensuring robust profitability and returns • Ensure a high quality customer experience, whilst cultivating a consistent and appropriate selling culture • Ensure connectivity to the wider trade finance industry and adapt to regulatory and market infrastructure changes Exhibit a strong understanding of new revenue sources and contribute to the development of new GTS propositions Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and that reputational risk impact is mitigated for GTS • Actively contribute to respective management committees To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth and sales targets through a client and solution- centric approach • Detailed knowledge of the trade finance product suite, including but not limited to letters of credit, bank guarantees, structured trade finance and the insurance/re-insurance industry Solid understanding of credit risk and lending requirements • Understanding of Product management, business planning and financial management principles are essential Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work in a matrixed organisational structure When you join HSBC, you'll enjoy a supportive culture, a highly energised team, and have access to exciting opportunities and benefits, such as: Salary and benefits designed to give you a solid foundation for the present and future Mentoring, coaching, and training to upskill yourself, including word-class learning opportunities Flexible working environment Range of resources to support your mental, physical, and social well-being Opportunities to work internationally, and join a range of Employee Resource Groups
