Holding at least 5 years of experience, the successful candidates will be multiskilled construction tradespersons with expertise in at least 2 of the following specialties: rebar installation, masonry, formwork carpentry, synthetic roof installation, EIFS & synthetic wall cladding, plaster & coating systems. Must have a strong work ethic, a flexible "can do" personality and a willingness to expedite projects, the ESI will occasionally work outside of expertise — unloading, clean up and demolition — and will be prepared to work extended hours as project deadlines demand. Candidates with leadership experience and competency with IT, (including email, phone, apps, etc) will be utilized as a forepersons/team leaders on projects as required. Must be able to work at significant heights. Must have own transportation or ability to secure. Kaissa is a full-service Exterior Envelope Specialist Contractor with core expertise in waterproofing. Kaissa is a Drug Free Workplace and applicants may be required to submit to drug screening prior to appointment.

Requirements
