PwC Bermuda is seeking an experienced Human Capital Manager to support high-quality people operations and recruitment delivery across the firm. Reporting to the Territory Human Capital Lead, this role will help translate firm and regional priorities into clear processes, reliable data and responsive support for our people and leaders. The successful candidate will oversee a broad Human Capital portfolio, including employee lifecycle operations, Workday and data governance, payroll and benefits coordination, performance-cycle delivery, compliance, recruitment oversight, employee engagement and professional development programmes.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Data and Analytics or a related field; Significant HR operations experience, ideally in professional services, financial services, a regulated environment or a multi-territory organisation; Experience with Workday or another HRIS, payroll and benefits coordination, performance-cycle delivery, compliance controls and recruitment operations; Proven ability to lead, coach and review the work of others while managing sensitive matters with discretion; Strong Microsoft 365 skills and the ability to use technology, automation and GenAI responsibly where permitted; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear updates, process notes and recommendations.
