Multiple positions available in a high-volume restaurant. Roles include Chef de Partie (requires 5 years culinary experience, culinary arts education), Sous Chef (requires 5 years experience, leadership skills, menu planning), F&B Server (requires 3 years experience, knowledge of wines and cocktails, POS knowledge), Kitchen Assistant (requires 5 years experience, heavy cleaning and prep tasks), and Sushi Chef (requires 5 years experience in sushi preparation). All roles require dedicated individuals able to work 6 days per week.

Requirements

Solid, verifiable employment history with letters of reference; two recent references; Drug-Free Workplace policy compliance; pre-employment drug testing; Police Certificate for short-listed candidates; ability to work 6 days per week including shift work, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
