On behalf of our client, Marshall Diel and Myers Limited, we are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join their Civil and Commercial Litigation & Advice Department. In this role, you will lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex civil and commercial litigation matters, advising and representing clients including before Bermuda courts, tribunals and arbitration panels. You will provide strategic legal advice across a range of sectors while mentoring and supervising junior associates and pupils. The successful candidate will also contribute to the Firm’s business development initiatives.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in substantial civil and commercial litigation matters with a strong focus on managing complex high value property litigation and related disputes. A proven record as an effective advocate in high level contentious litigation. Previous experience in advising, mentoring and training junior associates and pupils. Excellent marketing, problem-solving, organizational, advocacy, drafting and research skills. Marshall Diel & Myers Limited requires references, evidence of qualifications and a clean criminal background check for all candidates.
