We are seeking to fill the following position: Chef. The successful applicant must possess the following: must have a minimum of five (5) years of work experience as a Chef or Cook within a busy kitchen environment. Must be well-versed in the hot and cold kitchen areas, this position requires an individual with attention to detail for catering events and barbeque style events and work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant. This position is only a seasonal position. All applicants must be able to different work shifts, early morning, late night, weekends and public holidays. All applicants must have a proven record of good integrity and excellent past employment references. We have a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol abuse. Pre-employment drug testing may be administered. Servsafe certificate for all employees is essential.
