Reporting to the Directors, the Assistant Manager must have the ability to assume an active role in assisting in all areas needed to ensure the professional management of the Restaurant. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Only Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians and/or PRC Holders need to apply.

Requirements

Must have ten (10) years of work experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager, Maitre D' and/or Food & Beverage Server in the hospitality industry. Applicants must possess a proven record of good integrity and excellent employment letters of reference.
