The Botanist Café & Garden Lounge is looking for dynamic individuals for Server and Assistant Cafe Manager positions. Servers are responsible for high-standard table and counter service, coffee preparation, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness. The Assistant Cafe Manager handles operational controls, inventory, labor costs, guest relations, and assists with marketing initiatives. Both roles require flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Server: 1-2 years' experience in restaurant/cafe/hospitality, barista experience, food handling certificate (asset). Assistant Cafe Manager: 3 years' supervisory experience or associate degree in culinary arts/hospitality management, experience in wine & whisky sales (asset).
