Island Restaurant Group Ltd. is currently looking for great people for multiple positions across their busy restaurants, brewery, and catering operations including Hog Penny, Barracuda Grill, Bolero, Pickled Onion, BREW, Frog & Onion, Dockyard Brewing and IRG Catering. Roles range from entry-level (Level 1) to experienced specialist positions (Level 3). All positions demand excellent timekeeping, the ability to work split shifts, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must work well as a team and have a proven record of good integrity.

Requirements

Requirements vary by role: Level 1 positions require no experience. Bartender Level 3 requires 3+ years experience. General Bartenders (Level 2) and Servers require 1 year experience. Kitchen Assistants require 2 years experience and a Bermuda Driver's License for Light or Intermediate vehicles. All front of house positions require an engaging personality and professional presentation. All applicants must have a proven record of good integrity.
