ROSEDON is looking for skilled and energetic staff for two positions. CHEF DE PARTIE: We are looking for a skilled and energetic Chef de Partie to support high-quality food preparation across our outlets. Responsibilities include preparing menu items to recipe, minimising waste, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised work station. KITCHEN ASSISTANT: We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our busy kitchen team. Duties include ingredient preparation, cleaning and sanitation, stock handling, and assisting chefs during service.
Requirements
CHEF DE PARTIE: Minimum of two years’ experience in a four-diamond hotel or restaurant, with strong recipe execution, pizza making, and food handling skills. A culinary arts qualification and food handling certificate are preferred. KITCHEN ASSISTANT: Punctual, hygiene-conscious, and a strong team player, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Previous kitchen experience is an asset.
