Candidates for the above positions:

• Must be a qualified graduate.
• Must be licensed by the Bermuda Educators Council.
• Must be able to demonstrate a variety of teaching and learning pedagogies.
• Must possess a valid SCARS Certification and First Aid Certification.
• Demonstrated ability and experience using a variety of technologies to enhance learning in the classroom.
• Must be able to use an online grading system.
• Demonstrated ability and experience using a variety of assessment and evaluation methodologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of project based and problem-based learning would be preferable as would a working knowledge of an inquiry-based program.
• Demonstrated understanding of, and a commitment to, the principles of independent education.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Committed to academic excellence and strive for positive relations with all students, parents and colleagues alike.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Proven ability to work in an ever evolving and fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clean criminal record.
