Key responsibilities include: The digital health trainee will complete 6-month rotations across various teams within the digital health space (Applications, Technology, Informatics, and PMO). Acts as a point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding Digital Health issues and queries. Obtains details concerning the nature, severity, onset, and duration of the issue. Maintain the asset database and track changes. Installing and troubleshooting computers and peripherals. Supports the team with gathering information from user departments and documenting system functionality/standard system operating procedures, designing forms, and preparing flow charts. With guidance, performs database cleaning and updates. Assist with clinical workflow mapping and gathering requirements. Create training documents and videos. Assist with the organization of meetings and events. Maintain the active projects list. Assist with after-hours incidents as needed and on-call shifts as per the team’s on-call rotation. Collaborate and represent Digital Health to various stakeholders and technical groups by developing and maintaining relationships and attending meetings. Remain current with Digital Health procedures and policy changes by participating in team meetings, reviewing current departmental policies and procedures, reviewing current literature and research, participating in vendor user groups, and attending relevant conferences and workshops. Receive appropriate training to participate in activation/go-live support for major upgrades and implementations.
