The Golf Experience Manager is the senior leader and figurehead for golf at Rosewood Bermuda, responsible for defining, delivering and continuously elevating the golf experience for members, residents and resort guests. This role extends well beyond traditional golf professional responsibilities. The Golf Experience Manager is expected to operate as a strategic leader, commercial driver and community-builder, shaping a golf programme that reflects the standards of a globally recognized five-star resort while remaining deeply rooted in the local membership culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated senior leadership experience within a high-end private club or luxury resort environment. Proven track record in developing and delivering high-quality tournaments, events and member programming. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and extended hours in line with golf operations.
