The SVP, Business Solutions Delivery – Client & Deal Management will lead the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives supporting the Client & Deal Management function. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Underwriting and Portfolio, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing transformation programs, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, overseeing delivery roadmaps, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 15 years' experience within the reinsurance, insurance, consulting, or financial services industry. Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation and technology delivery programs. Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership teams. Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and change management methodologies.
