The Head of Operations, ILS plays a key role in supporting the Company's strategic financial targets and ensures the operational process landscape is in line with internal, regulatory and investor requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operational activities, establishing processes, managing governance and legal agreements, developing investor metrics, leading process implementation, producing board reports and financial statements, and conducting resource assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 8 years of experience in an international environment with technical knowledge in ILS operations. Fund management and accounting experience is core. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
