Professional accounting qualification preferred, such as CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, finance transformation, process improvement, or finance systems implementation. Experience working in a complex, multi-entity, regulated, or global business environment. Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, close cycles, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit requirements. Experience with reporting technology or automation tools such as Workiva/wData, Power BI, Alteryx, TM1, SunSystems, or similar platforms is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to document processes, assess risks, design controls, and deliver practical process improvements. Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services experience is beneficial. Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders across levels, functions, and geographies.
