5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, reinsurance, and/or asset management; Knowledge of Corporate (re)insurance business, in particular alternative risk transfer business; Bachelor's degree in Accounting ideally or related discipline such as Business, Economics, Finance, etc.; Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA or equivalent); Solid understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting principles, tax, financial reporting and audit requirements; Extensive knowledge of SAP accounting systems and ideally SICS; Experience preparing financial statements, management accounts and regulatory reporting submissions; Experience with insurance financial closing & operations activities and reporting, including complex data flows; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes and communicate insights clearly; Proficiency with AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making; Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in an international, dynamic environment; Curiosity, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
