We require a qualified attorney with proven experience in and knowledge of Trust Law with a good working knowledge of company law principles to assist in the very busy area of our private client and trust law practice. You will work with a broad range of international private clients and institutions, advise the Firms' licensed trust company on day-to-day legal issues, and draft trust and other legal documentation.
Requirements
At least three (3) years' successful experience post qualification within these areas of law; Proven experience and high degree of knowledge in International Trust and Estate Planning; Ability to communicate effectively with local and overseas clients; Capable of dealing with a varied and heavy workload; Prior experience in advising trust companies and high net worth clients in the international context is ideal.
