The Finance and Accounting Officer of The Berkeley Institute is responsible to assist with the coordination and management of school’s finance and accounting functions and facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. Key areas include budget and payments, cash/bank and receivables management, risk management, financial reporting, and annual financial audit.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working in the QuickBooks Enterprise accounting environment. MS Suite Applications skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team and people-oriented. Problem-solving skills. Self-starter and self-manager. Familiarity with Webex would be an asset.
