The Commercial Technical Operations Lead supports the efficient operation of WPSL by coordinating technical and operational processes for plumbing and mechanical product handling, order preparation, and workflow support. The role focuses on maintaining an organized retail environment, assisting with order fulfilment for larger clients, supporting technical sales, and providing operational guidance to ensure smooth store functions. At least five (5) years of recent and verifiable experience in plumbing or commercial/mechanical retail operations, plumbing supply environments, or similar technical trade retail Familiarity with Lightspeed, Intuit/QuickBooks, and Procore (or similar material) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Efficient and professional communication skills Ability to handle moderate to heavy lifting English proficient Support the technical sales order coordination and preparation for larger orders, as needed | Assist with the preparation, verification, and staging of plumbing and mechanical product orders for customer collection or delivery | Handle in-store movement of plumbing materials, fittings, fixtures, and assist with monitoring shop floor stock levels | Maintain organization and safety within the retail space | Support technical sales by providing product guidance, quoting, and managing the sales and delivery of mechanical and plumbing equipment | Assist sales associates with operational and customer flow support when needed | Carry out routine operational tasks required for the efficient functioning of the technical plumbing retail environment

Requirements
