Fellow of a recognized actuarial organization with 5 years of post-qualification experience. 6+ years of reinsurance pricing experience from established U.S., U.K. and Bermuda markets, with broad P&C experience spanning Marine & Energy, Property, Casualty and Specialty Lines. Extensive portfolio management experience, including exposure aggregation, portfolio monitoring, business planning, portfolio construction and retrocession analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience developing, maintaining, and validating actuarial models. Advanced quantitative and statistical capabilities. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in relevant actuarial and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions. Architect and develop modular, object-oriented Python frameworks for scalable P&C actuarial pricing and portfolio analytics solutions. Experience with capital modelling, pricing, reserving, or enterprise risk management frameworks.
