Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for overseeing accounting, reporting and system processes, as well as supporting compliance monitoring, regulatory obligations, governance and Board reporting. Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, variance analysis, annual budget, and periodic reforecast; preparing annual US GAAP financial statements and supporting Bermuda regulatory filings; and executing the compliance monitoring program.
Requirements
CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent designation; At least five years' relevant experience in reinsurance, insurance, audit or financial and regulatory reporting; Experience with P&C reinsurance, industry or audit; Strong knowledge of US GAAP and BSCR; Excellent analytical, review and communication skills.
