Harbourside Holdings Limited (trading as Flanagan’s Irish Pub & Restaurant, Outback Sports Bar, Snug Café, The Loft and Divots Bar & Grill) is seeking a Sous Chef and Commis Chef. Sous Chef: Report directly to the Head Chef, assist in running the kitchen, act in the absence of the Head Chef, and ensure sanitation. Commis Chef: Support senior chefs with food prep, maintain high hygiene standards, receive deliveries, and manage stock rotation. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Only Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians and/or PRC Holders need to apply.

Requirements

SOUS CHEF: At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar position, experience with menu development and planning. COMMIS CHEF: Minimum of two (2) years related experience. ALL: Proven record of good integrity, excellent employment letters of reference, ability to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Must be Bermudian, Spouse of Bermudian, or PRC Holder.
