The successful candidate will greet customers, ensure quality service when serving ice cream, take and fill customer orders, explain menus, ring up all purchases in a friendly and efficient manner, cleaning workstations and guest areas, keep inventory stocked, cash handling, remain knowledgeable in ingredients, processes used and specialty flavors, provide excellent customer service, knowledgeable in coffee and tea preparation. This is a full-time position with expected night, weekend, and holiday shifts as necessary.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role or within a fast-paced waitressing environment. A positive and professional approach to customer service is essential. Physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask and work independently and in a team environment. Clean criminal background and references are required.
