Lindo's Group of Companies is seeking a versatile individual to join our team who can work flexibly between our deli operations and kitchen. This dual-role position is designed to support our two chefs and deli team, particularly during periods of vacation or absence. Responsibilities include customer service, product recommendations, weighing and packaging products, stocking displays, salad bar operations, kitchen management support, menu planning, inventory control, and supervising staff.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in professional kitchen operations (sous chef level or equivalent). Proven knowledge of inventory control, ordering, menu planning, and food safety. At least 2 years' overseas experience in a similar role preferred. Prior deli or customer-facing food service experience highly desirable. Neat in appearance, hardworking, self-motivated, courteous, and punctual. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer service focus. References are required.
