The Client Services & Operations Coordinator serves as a critical link between Private Jet Club's high-net-worth membership base and the operational delivery of its aviation and concierge services. This is a client-facing role with a strong operational remit, requiring an individual who can manage and strengthen relationships with discerning clients while ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of flight services. This position demands a polished professional with demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with high-net-worth individuals at the highest standard of service.
Requirements
High-Net-Worth Client Experience (Mandatory): Demonstrated prior experience working directly with or servicing high-net-worth individuals in a professional capacity. CRM Proficiency (Essential): Proven experience working with customer relationship management systems. Exceptional Communication Skills: First-class written and oral communication skills. Strong Interpersonal Acumen. Organizational Excellence: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Operations Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in operations, client services, or similar coordination role. Technical Proficiency: A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in the aviation industry or luxury services sector is desirable.
