On behalf of our client, SparYard Marine Solutions, we invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of Equipment Operator. The successful applicant will be required to haul, launch, power wash and block multiple boats daily without assistance and schedule boat movements in/around/out of the boatyard. Key duties include operating a wide variety of equipment including forklifts, towing equipment, trailers, and boats, as well as carrying out routine maintenance of equipment and vehicles.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry; At least 2 years' experience directly in the Marine Industry; Capable of heavy physical labor with the ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs; Available to work weekends and evenings when required at short notice and in various weather conditions; Valid driver's license and own transportation; Clean criminal background and excellent employment references.
