The incumbent manages guest communications by operating the telephone switchboard, processing service requests, and resolving inquiries through departmental coordination and consistent follow-up to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering, recording, logging, and processing all guest calls and requests, operating a telephone switchboard, advising guests of received messages, monitoring busy or unanswered lines, activating/deactivating guest room message lights, and dispatching staff as needed.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: None.
