Seeking a Chef specializing in the preparation of Thai cuisine. Responsibilities include working with a Head Chef in the execution of authentic Thai dishes, providing training in Thai cuisine preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas. All candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and/or public holidays. Must be hard working, dedicated, neat and clean in appearance, and punctual.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in cooking Thai cuisine. Must possess creative skills in Thai dish preparation. Must ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented in traditional Thai style. Preferably experienced in preparation and use of Thai ingredients. Only Bermudians and/or Spouses of Bermudian need apply.
