Hannover Re (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Actuary to report to the Chief Business Development Officer. The successful candidate will independently price transactions, support Financial Solutions structuring, and help manage new and existing Life reinsurance treaties. Main responsibilities include analyzing and modeling new business, developing pricing models, explaining pricing levers and risks, supporting transaction structuring, and preparing documentation for senior stakeholders. The role involves collaboration with local offices and Group functions to manage workloads across multiple live opportunities.

Requirements

A minimum of five (5) years' actuarial experience, ideally in life (re)insurance pricing, structuring and/or financial solutions; Good knowledge of life reinsurance and relevant Financial Solutions structures; Ability to price standard transactions independently and explain key assumptions, sensitivities and results clearly; Strong analytical skills with commercial judgment; Advanced Excel and actuarial modelling skills, with familiarity with tools such as VBA, SQL and/or Power BI; Clear written and verbal communication skills; Organized, collaborative and flexible with ownership of deliverables across competing priorities.
