This role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, escorting them to their accommodations, and ensuring a seamless and elevated arrival and departure experience. The Butler Valet expertly handles guest luggage, including transport, storage, and retrieval, while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism. Key responsibilities include assisting guests and visitors with vehicle arrivals and departures, including loading and unloading luggage, and coordinating transportation arrangements such as taxis, luxury sedans, and shuttle services. The Butler Valet will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering luxury service; a professional appearance, polished demeanor, and the ability to represent a luxury brand with confidence and sophistication; the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, personalized service; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; and the ability to safely handle guest luggage and remain active throughout the workday.
