On behalf of our client, Convenience Coffee Ltd., we seek an Operations Manager. The operations manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the company. Duties will include but are not limited to inventory control management, staff training and supervising, relationship management with current customers and vendors, manage orders, intake and receive merchandise, research market needs for new products interest and profitability, manage website information, blog online specials and newsletters, and planning and promoting in-store events. Must be a good team player, neat in appearance, punctual, able to work on own initiative, have very good communication and organizational skills and be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as clients demands.

Requirements

Successful applicants must have at least 4 years of work experience in a managing or supervisory position. Candidates with knowledge in the aspects of the coffee industry and with coffee expert certification will be favourably considered.
