The Residence Butler provides highly specialized, luxury level personal service to homeowners and residence/villa guests at The Loren. This role requires refined hospitality expertise, mastery of international service standards, and the ability to deliver tailored service seamlessly within a high-end residential environment. Responsibilities include pre-arrival planning, conducting orientations, lifestyle services, luggage handling, coordinating with Housekeeping/Engineering/Security, and maintaining detailed guest preference profiles.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international/Caribbean luxury hospitality; experience serving as a butler or providing concierge services to HNWIs; experience with butler training programs or international service certifications; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; First Aid/CPR certification preferred; additional languages valued.
