The successful incumbent will install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC systems, equipment, commercial refrigeration, split unit DX systems and commercial ice machines for commercial and residential clients. BDA Home Solutions is a Drug Free Workplace.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role paired with relevant industry qualifications/credentials. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing to troubleshoot and the ability to read wiring schematics. Experience reading blueprints/floor plans would be an asset. Physical ability to work on HVAC units and endure prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders and ability to lift at least 50 pounds at a time. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A clean driver’s license, driving record, criminal background and excellent employment references required. Experience in repairs of domestic appliances is an asset.
