LOM Financial (Bermuda) Limited is seeking a Global Head of Sales in our Bermuda office. Qualified candidates will have or be: Experience in securities brokerage with a Series 7, Canadian Securities Course, FSA or equivalent; 10+ years experience in raising assets and maintaining client relationships with sales of financial instruments and of managing a global team of financial advisors / private bankers: Strong sales, people management, strategic thinking, mentoring and influencing skills; The general responsibilities of the position will include: Manage an international team of Investment Advisors and be accountable for their performance; Work with direct reports to coach them to improve their performance and their KPI's; Interact with shared service departments including LOM Compliance and sign off on all new accounts; Continually coach the team with presentation skills, pitching and other core skills and allocate new leads appropriately; Assist with new product development and creation of marketing documents, be instrumental in formulating and executing global sales strategy;
