Wellbottom Plumbing Supplies Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Plumbing Sales Manager to join our team. This key leadership role involves overseeing store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and providing a structured environment for the sales staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong plumbing knowledge, strategic marketing insights, and proven managerial skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and leading a motivated sales team. If you have the relevant experience, a positive attitude, and strong leadership skills, we welcome your application! Experience and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of ten (10) years of plumbing industry experience • Minimum of five (5) years of managerial/ supervisory experience • Proficiency in the English language Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the sales team to maintain an organized shop and provide excellent customer service • Train, motivate, and evaluate store staff to ensure a productive and customer-focused environment • Foster strong relationships with customers • Monitor sales performance • Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment • Assist with resolving store-related issues as needed • Support overall store operations in collaboration with other team members • Provide the sales staff with a structured work environment, including scheduling and workload management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum of ten (10) years of plumbing industry experience, Minimum of five (5) years of managerial/ supervisory experience, Proficiency in the English language
