D.R. Farms is looking for Farm Labourers with experience in all areas of farming. This includes seeding, propagating, planting, transplanting, fertilizing, weeding, and identifying and controlling pests/fungus, as well as picking, cleaning and preparing produce for market and delivery. Applicants will also assist with various farm maintenance tasks. The position requires working long hours including weekends and holidays, and involves lots of bending, heavy lifting and hands-on work to be carried out in all weather conditions including rain.

Requirements

At least three (3) years' experience in all areas of farming. Must be able to operate and maintain all farm machinery. Possess or be able to obtain a truck license. Must have own transportation. Self-motivated, reliable, punctual, polite, and able to work in a team or independently. Drug-free workplace.
