Part-time

Manages the group to ensure the effective delivery of all recreation and sports programs. Plans and develops the activities in conjunction with the site Supervisor. Works with the group of 12-15 children to ensure equal participation in all fun, sport, and learning activities. Develops and maintains a positive rapport with parents, informs parents of challenges and successes of children under the worker’s care, maintains strict adherence to all P&P’s at all times, ensures purchase requests are made to the site supervisor within outlined timelines, ensures equipment such as walkie-talkies are cared for and stored properly after each use, works with children to motivate performance during activities.

Requirements

Minimum age 18 years. Be a self-starter and perform job with little to no supervision. Punctuality and reliability Capable of working in a dynamic and flexible environment with minimum supervision. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Possess basic knowledge and understanding of school age children. CPR, Scars and First Aid Certification Required.
