Marshall’s Maintenance Co. Ltd. is currently seeking experienced, reliable, and hardworking individuals to fill the positions of Heavy Duty Maintenance Cleaner and Kitchen Porter / Heavy Maintenance Cleaner. Heavy Duty Maintenance Cleaners are responsible for performing heavy cleaning duties such as washing walls and windows, shampooing rugs, cleaning floors, and removing trash. Additional duties may include routine maintenance, reporting necessary repairs, cleaning exterior areas, and handling hazardous chemicals. Kitchen Porters will work primarily in commercial kitchens, maintaining clean and hygienic workspaces by washing dishes, utensils, floors, walls, ovens, and other kitchen equipment. These roles also involve supporting cleaning operations in other commercial facilities.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Must be honest, punctual, and adaptable. Experience operating commercial-grade steam cleaning equipment. Valid Intermediate Driver’s License or willingness to obtain one. Must undergo mandatory drug testing and a police background check. Own transportation is required. Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
